Where to go

Official links and where to get help

We’re an independent guide, so we can’t sell railcards, change your account, give refunds or deal with a ticket problem. These are the places that can.

The official 16-25 Railcard site

Buy, renew and manage your railcard here. These are the official pages — this site is an independent guide and isn’t connected to them.

Other railcards

If you’re 16–17, or about to turn 26, one of these may suit you better. See our guide to other railcards.

Other places that sell the 16-25 Railcard

These retailers and train companies sell the card at the same prices we checked on the official site. They’re plain links — we don’t earn anything from them.

If something goes wrong

  • Charged extra because you forgot your railcard? Contact the customer service of the train company you travelled with — they normally let you claim it back once a year. See lost, stolen or forgotten.
  • Card lost, stolen or never arrived? Use the official renew-or-replace and lost-or-stolen pages above.
  • Bought from a retailer? Contact that retailer about refunds or app problems.
