We’re not the railcard company
This is an independent guide. We can’t sell you a railcard, look up or change your account, send a replacement, give refunds, or deal with a ticket or Penalty Fare. Please don’t send us your railcard number, photos of ID or payment details.
For those, use the official 16-25 Railcard site or the train company you travelled with — our official links page has the right places.
Reporting a correction
Tell us which page, what you think is wrong, and — if you can — a link to the official page that shows the correct position. We check it against the source and update the “checked” date when we change a page.
